While we have three distinct job categories, it is our desire that all employees become certified instructors. This allows for strong team support as teammates seamlessly can step into each role as needed. Beginning in one of job category provides growth opportunities through certification and additional income.
Driver Ed Instructors: Provide in-class and behind-the-wheel instruction with the opportunity to become a state examiner for written and drive tests. You have the ability to earn more with private drive instruction. Expect to train with one of our experienced instructors as you work toward your certification. Be a part of a team that creates and revises driver education curriculum to best match the needs of our students.
Administration: Our office staff are the face of our company and an important part of customer service. They support parents as they embark on the journey of their child becoming a safe driver. Knowledgeable about our services, they assist parents and students with enrollments, payments, and scheduling. Freedom Driving School desires growth in social media presence, online reviews, and marketing and welcomes experience and ideas.
Fleet Maintenance: The maintaining of a safe, effective, and efficient fleet of cars is integral to the operations of Freedom Driving School. Our fleet maintenance teams provides routine maintenance, repair and service, application of decals, and all things car related to keep us up and running. A tooled-up maintenance truck is at the ready for use on-site or driven to the location needing service.
Interviews: Interviews are held at our Puyallup office (16126 Meridian East Puyallup WA 98375). Please bring multiple copies of your resume. Interviews are conducted panel style.
For individuals seeking part time employment, have a current full time job or are employed with school districts interviews may be scheduled for Saturday or Sunday as availability allows.

Starting $20 No Certification or Experience for full time
Starting $22 with current Drivers Education Instructor certification for full time
Starting $24 Instructor State Tester/Examiner for full time
$28-$32 with Master Examiner credentials, depending on experience for full time
